Pluto Flyby

Today humanity is going to achieve a significant landmark in space exploration, Tuesday the 14th July 2015 will be remembered as the day we¬†reached Pluto for the first time and so our tiny school time favorite planet “Pluto” is by our reach.

If everything goes according to plan, a NASA spacecraft, called New Horizons, will fly by Pluto at 12:49 p.m 14th July 2015 . BST, or 7:49 a.m. ET. New Horizons will be the first spacecraft to ever visit Pluto, and after a nine-year journey, it has been a long time coming. The probe was set to grab more pictures and other science data on the object, as it passed 12,500km from the surface
