India, a country with a variety of historical places/events, vibrant geographies, unparallel routes, and rich culture. But it is not enough to define the beauty of India. The best thing about this country is that every region or state has its own culture, languages which no other has.

Here from my journey, I bring you some places that you should visit on your India tour as it will take a lifetime for you to cover all the beautiful natural and man-made creation of India.

#1 LADAKH- HIMALAYAN GATEWAY

Basgo Monastery-Leh Ladakh

Ladakh situated at 11,400 ft, and it is the land of high passes, surrounded by top three mountain passes, you can even scale them on a vehicle. Also, it is known as the adventure capital of India, and it is famous for dry adventure activities and endless snow.

Moreover, this region is also famous for its incredible nature, unique culture, monasteries, and most exciting, their hospitality. In case you are on a quest to find a location where you can spend some time alone, then my friend night in Ladakh complete your journey.

If you want some severe adventure up your nerves, then Ladakh is the best choice; also it is the best place to enjoy.

#2 KUTCH- THE SALT DESERT

Kutch if you know about this place then I believe you heard “White desert.” Yes, Rann of Kutch is the place which is known as a white desert, white desert because it was covered with salt.

With Rann Utsav which held every year, travelers and cultural enthusiast enjoy and saw the pure beauty of white sand under the bright moonlight.

If you have an adventurer soul, then you should visit in December or January. In these months you can see Srinagar covered in snow and you can enjoy an adventurous sport too.

Varanasi or Benaras is the holiest & of the seven sacred old cities in Hinduism, and it is situated on the banks of Ganges. Varanasi beauty is shown in its spellbound heavy dose of religious fervor.

Kashi Vishwanath temple, sunset strolls across the ghats and majestic evening aarti are few of the most tranquil experiences one can have in this holy city.

Nearby Sarnath, which is 12 km from Varanasi famous as the site of Deer Park where Gautama Buddha first taught the Dharma, can also be easily visited.

Ladakh has various hidden neighbors, and Lahaul is one of them. It is one of the untouched places of India and almost six months covered in thick sheets of snow.

If one wants to visit, then the arrival of summer is the best time, melting snow give way to this beauty. When you visit Lahaul, you’ll experience beautiful shades of blue sky and beautiful meadows.

If you want to visit Spiti valley, then you need to cross Kunzum Pass which is located at an altitude of 15,000 feet. Also, it is known as the gateway of Spiti Valley.

#11 JAIPUR- ROYAL CONNECTION

Jaipur is the capital of Rajasthan and renowned for the authentic Forts, bright dresses, and famous Rajasthani folk dance.

If you are visiting Jaipur for first-time, then I advise you to take a guide with you, because every place in Jaipur holds some historical value also some untold stories freedom fighters.

Most palace already transforms into hotel or historical museum, so that you can spend most of your time with royal facilities.

You can visit Jaipur by using any traveling mediums such as by bus, flight, or by your vehicle. During summer the Temperature is too in Jaipur so carry water bottles with you and shades to make your eyes comfy in hot weather.

#12 TAWANG, ARUNACHAL PRADESH

If monastery brings interest to you, the beautiful, strange slope town of Tawang is shouting to you. Among the numerous monasteries that are close to one another, and the one that emerges is the birthplace of Dalai Lama. The long periods of March to September discover you amid a cool summer, not very weighed down with snow.

#13 KASOL- WHERE HIPPIES LIVES

Travelers well know the place; Kasol is a Hamlet in Himachal Pradesh. Once you visit this place, you’ll feel that every person should travel to this place at least once.

Here is why one should travel alone, when you go alone, you not only discover a new way to see your surroundings but also you get to interact that part of you which you have been hiding in yourself because of everyday stress and hectic schedule.
