India is land of four seasons or Ritu (the meaning of the season in hindi language), winter (December to February), summer (March to May), a monsoon (rainy) season (June to September), and a post-monsoon period (October and November).
Of the above the most fascinating season and most waiting is “monsoon”, the reason is that the monsoon supply over 80% of India’s annual rainfall and to irrigate the mainland for kharif crop (rice)
The whole landscape of India changes with rains/water/mud all over, there’s freshness all over! it’s also become a very good time for a short break from the city and watch the landscape!
I will let my pictures do the talking to justify my statement. So, go out and plan the trek/sightseeing get drenched in magical rains.
